		<description>J-Pop has already done this to an extent. The while "bitorrent" thing is quite brutal; quickie downloads off Japan's Internet system which is 30 times faster than ours at a fraction of the cost of ours. That's just for starters. But note the Japanese fans buy CDs and DVDs. They want that Oricon ranking; they want their favorites groups to survive, prosper, create. It's a better system than ours.</description>
